8-Week Yoga Therapy Group To Help You Turn the Stress of Life Into Bliss

What: A unique combination of gentle yoga/movement, focused breathing, mindful meditation and Phoenix Rising dialogue in a supportive group environment.
When: 8 Saturday mornings from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm beginning April 8 thru June 3 (excepting Memorial Day weekend), and all day Sunday, April 30, from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Where: Ocean Spirit Yoga studio at 147 Congress Street, above Portsmouth Health Food in Portsmouth NH.
Cost: $200 for all sessions, including the all-day, and a CD and journal for daily practice and homework. $150 for repeaters.
Facilitator: Bob Vaccaro has been practicing Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy and teaching yoga in the Seacoast for over 12 years. He also is certified as a Spiritual Psychology Counselor, Integral Yoga Teacher, Kripalu Holistic Lifestyle Teacher and Yogassage Practitioner. His website is www.oceanspirityoga.com.
